Stephen Adly Guirgis

Award-winning, Playwright, actor, director, and co-artistic director of The LAByrinth Theater Company, Stephen Adly Guirgis not only came to see our production, but he came back to chat with us the following week.

Judas Iscariot Production Archive

Whoever said "Don't Meet Your Heroes" is a Fool

Stephen Adly Guirgis came to see our production his play The Last Days of Judas Iscariot, and then came back with friends Elizabeth Rodriquez and Craig "Mums" Grant who starred in the original production the following week.

The rousing Q & A (and Birthday Cake!) we shared was as informative as it was inspiring. Just as with the complex richness of the play itself, the discussion was heated, exciting, full of unanswerable questions and laughter.

REAL people make plays. Real. Passionate people.
